Shipping: Rich Willey's books and/or CDs require the customer to pay $5.00 shipping & handling via USPS Priority Mail (from 2-4 days) in the United States of America, and $1.00 for each additional item. In instances where large CD orders are combined with large book orders, please contact us to find out the shipping charge that will be incurred. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges if necessary.

Bob Bernotas's books will be shipped via USPS Media Mail in the continental US; the shipping & handling charge is $4.00 for one (1) book, and $5.00 for two (2) books. When ordering two or more of Bob's books, we will contact you before shipping with any necessary shipping cost modifications. For faster shipping, choose USPS Priority Mail, and your shipping & handling charge is $5.00 for one (1) book, and $6.00 for two (2) books.

For overseas delivery (outside of the continental USA), shipping & handling is $12.00 for the first item (USPS Priority Mail) and up to the limit on what fits in a Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope. This varies to some countries. Please email us for shipping costs beyond two items. The shipping amount to some countries will require us to modify the shipping cost; we will notify you of the shipping cost difference.

New York sales tax will be added to orders from residents of New York state.

If your total doesn't accurately reflect the above shipping charges, it will be modified before being processed. You will be notified of the revised shipping cost via email.

Orders will usually be sent out the next business day after they are received.
